Badminton Club Outing

"Let's go out for a hillwalk" someone said.. So we did. This is a few of the club members up in the hills of the Black Mountains in which we had a luvverly wander and day out. The logic behind it was to wander while taking-in a few of the hills' stranger visual attractions - those of crashed aircraft from the past.


We saw some curious stuff out there including the remains of a WW2 Vickers Wellington bomber and a 1950's De Havilland Vampire fighter jet. After a busy day of wandering between these odd spectacles we decided to discuss the day's finds at a local pub..

Badminton Post Season BBQ

Are we going to do the BBQ thing now the season's over or should it be a more summery thing a little later on in the year? Also.. Where might we stage it - any offers/ suggests?

Tenbury In the League Tables

Have we or Have we not done ok in the Herefordshire Badminton Assn League and how do we find out? Rumours seem to vary at the moment but a contact of ours with links to Bromyard Badminton Club seemed to think we'd won the league overall. Does anyone know anymore than this? If we have done ok is there some kind of official recognition?
